Zaplink is an integration platform that connects donation services such as Ko-fi and Buy Me a Coffee with shocker platforms such as PiShock and OpenShock . It allows you to create interactive experiences by triggering connected shockers in response to donations.
You can create up to 30* donation thresholds. Each threshold can have its own donation amount range, selected shockers, duration, and intensity. You can also randomize the duration and intensity within your configured limits.
Zaplink supports both PiShock and OpenShock and allows you to connect multiple shocker accounts to a single Zaplink account.

Zaplink uses Stripe to process subscriptions and payments. When you subscribe, you may be redirected to Stripe Checkout or Stripe’s customer portal to enter payment details, manage your subscription, cancel your subscription, or update your payment method.
Zaplink stores only the Stripe identifiers and subscription state required to manage your access. Your full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on Zaplink servers.
If you choose to make your profile public, any information you add to it may be visible to others. This includes your username, profile picture, description, and any external links you provide.
You are in full control of your public profile content and may update or remove it at any time.
You may link one or more third-party accounts, such as Google or Discord, to your Zaplink account. Each third-party account may only be linked to one Zaplink account at a time.
Linked accounts can be removed at any time through account settings. OAuth identifiers are stored solely for authentication and security purposes.

These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using Zaplink (zaplink.cloud). By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, connecting third-party services, or subscribing to Zaplink, you agree to the terms described below.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaplink. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity associated with your account.
Zaplink may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with platform integrity and user safety. You may not engage in activities that harm, disrupt, abuse, or compromise the platform, its infrastructure, or its users.
Zaplink provides integrations with third-party services like PiShock and OpenShock which allow you to control physical devices. You are fully responsible for how you configure and use these features.
Zaplink is not liable for injuries, harm, losses, or damage resulting from misuse or unsafe configurations of connected devices.
Zaplink offers both a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan provides limited functionality, while the Pro plan unlocks all features including more shocker configurations, public profiles, and higher usage limits for donation events and volume. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
If you cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period, your access remains available until the end of the paid period or trial period. If a subscription is canceled immediately, access may end immediately.
When your Pro subscription ends, your account automatically continues on the Free plan. We may modify, replace, or discontinue Pro features from time to time as the platform evolves. Pro-exclusive features become unavailable until reactivated. Your account and configurations remain available unless you delete your account or it is removed for policy violations.
If you delete your Zaplink account, your account, profile, and associated data are permanently deleted. If applicable, your active subscription may be canceled or stopped from renewing as part of the account deletion process.
Account deletion cannot be undone. You may need to create a new account if you wish to use Zaplink again later.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review the situation.
Users may upload a profile picture and provide personal details on their public profile. To maintain a respectful and safe environment, the following rules apply:

We are not affiliated with, owned by, operated by, or officially connected to PiShock, OpenShock, Ko-fi, Stripe, Google, Discord, or Cloudflare unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, products, and services referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own terms, policies, and agreements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zaplink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, connected devices, third-party services, payment providers, or interruptions in service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, subscriptions, billing, or legal requirements. Significant updates will be reflected by the effective date at the top of this policy.
